Every employee of Warren County Emergency Services will go through months of training in the following areas:

  • E-911
  • Global CAD Software 
  • TDD/TTY
  • MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System) Certification
  • ENS (Emergency Numbering System)
  • EMD Certification (Emergency Medical Dispatch)
  • Call Taking
  • Fire Dispatch
  • Hazmat
  • EMS Dispatch
  • CPR Certification
  • Law Enforcement Dispatch
  • EMA (Emergency Management Agency)
  • Mapping & Addressing ( Area familiarization)
  • Radio Dispatch
