- MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System) Certification
- ENS (Emergency Numbering System)
- EMD Certification (Emergency Medical Dispatch)
- Call Taking
- Fire Dispatch
- Hazmat
- EMS Dispatch
- CPR Certification
- Law Enforcement Dispatch
- EMA (Emergency Management Agency)
- Mapping & Addressing ( Area familiarization)
- Radio Dispatch
Many other classes are offered through outside communications training businesses. These classes include but are not limited to:
- Domestic Violence
- Suicidal Callers
- Critical Incident
- Stress Management
- 911 Liability
